The Mary Pinola/Crescenta Valley Chamber EDUCATION FUND’s 2025 fundraiser, the very popular 33rd SMART-A-THON, is set for Friday, March 14, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital Council Room.

The event includes a special presentation by CVHS ComedySportz: High School League; a visit by Mr. Lucky and the Shamrocks; a CRAZY FUN trivia contest; and a delicious lunch.

 

Those who would like to may also enter the first Boggle Competition that will take place from 11:00 – 11:30 a.m.

 

Non-profit organizations participating in the event will be entered into a drawing sponsored by Chris Waldheim and J’s Maintenance for two prizes of $500 each. 

 

Individuals may sign up to participate or a group of 4 can participate as a team. Proceeds will support the EDUCATION FUND which, to date, has given out over $410,000 to education programs throughout the Crescenta-Canada Valley.
